Will I get a VAT Receipt?

Yes, a full VAT receipt will be sent with your order. 

Can I have my delivery sent to a different address?

Yes you can have your order sent to a different address however we may ask for further proof of ID before dispatch.

What do I need to collect my order placed online?

You will need the card you paid on/ Proof of I.D

Can I send somebody to collect my order that I placed online?

Yes, somebody else can collect on your behalf however they must have the card present that was used to place the order.

Can I track my order online?

Yes you will receive a tracking number on an email that you can use to track your order

What is the returns policy?

If you have ordered the wrong product or have changed your mind, you can return to us within 14 days if the product is within its original packaging and not damaged for a refund (less any delivery charges).  If we have sent you the wrong goods we will arrange for these to be collected and provide a full refund.

What shall I do if my goods are received damaged?

You must sign for every package we send you, if the package you are signing for looks damaged in any way you can either refuse the delivery or sign for the parcel as ‘damaged’. If you have not signed as damaged and it has been damaged by the carrier then we will not be able to claim and be held liable which will cause delays. You must inform us immediately by phone or email if the package is damaged and we may ask for you to send us photos of the damage.

What warranty do I get?

Every manufacturer has a different warranty cover.  To find out what the warranty cover is either visit the product page or get in touch with us.  Your receipt will act as your warranty and must be kept in case of a warranty claim.  In some cases you can extend the manufacturer’s warranty for no extra cost.

Can I request a Saturday delivery?

Yes, you can do this at checkout.

How long will my goods take to arrive?

Depending on what delivery method you select, all orders received before 2.30pm will be despatched same day.

What do I do if I have a complaint?

When are you open?

Our showroom is open Monday – Friday 7.30am – 5pm and Saturday 8.30am – 12.30pm.  We are closed bank holidays and Sundays.  No despatches will be made when we are closed.

Are your products for use in the UK only?

All of the products we sell and UK Sepcifcied products for use in the UK although a lot of our products will work in Europe and other countries.  When buying an electrical product please select the voltage that will work in your country.
