What are our delivery charges?
Delivery is free on all orders over £50 exc VAT
For any orders under £50 exc VAT delivery charge is £5.95 for standard delivery or you can upgrade to next day delivery which will cost you £10.95
Please note some areas such as highlands and islands next day delivery may not be available
What happens if I am not in when my delivery is made?
All our parcels require a signature. Anybody at the address can sign for the package. If nobody is there then a card will be left by the courier with instructions of how you can retrieve the parcel.
Can I have my delivery sent to a different address?
Yes you can have your order sent to a different address however we may ask for further proof of ID before dispatch.
Can I track my order online?
Yes you will receive a tracking number on an email that you can use to track your order
How long will my goods take to arrive?
Depending on what delivery method you select, all orders received before 2pm will be despatched same day.
