Constructed from 0.9mm pre-galvanized mild steel, the ST47 features adjustable wrap-over fixing straps. This allow the hanger to be easily adapted to various joist depths, providing a secure and stable seat for 47mm wide timber beams.

Installation & Safety Advice
To achieve the maximum declared load-bearing capacity, it is essential to follow these guidelines:
- Fixings: Use all available nail holes. Recommended fixings are 3.75 x 30mm square twisted nails (Sherardized or Galvanized).
- Strap Fitting: Straps must be folded over the supporting timber and fixed using the provided holes. Do not shorten or modify the straps.
- Joist Preparation: Ensure joists are cut square with a gap not exceeding 6mm from the rear of the hanger.
- Support: Ensure the floor has suitable noggins or strutting installed as required before applying any structural load.
